6ixbuzz Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

These Giveaways are conducted by [Legal Entity Name], doing business as 6ixbuzztv ("6ixbuzz," "we," "our," or "us"), located at [business address]. Questions about any Giveaway may be directed to info@6ix.buzz.

2. General

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, promotions, and prize draws (collectively, "Giveaways") conducted by 6ixbuzz through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, our website, and any other official 6ixbuzz platform.

By participating in any Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional rules, eligibility requirements, or instructions specified in the applicable Giveaway post, announcement, or promotional materials ("Specific Rules"). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Specific Rules for a Giveaway, the Specific Rules will govern for that Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules:

• Participants must be at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Where a prize is awarded to a minor, it may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf.

• Participants must be legal residents of Canada and reside in a jurisdiction where the Giveaway is legally permitted.

• Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, partners, and sponsors of 6ixbuzz, and the immediate family members and households of each, may be ineligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or consideration is necessary to enter or win, unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

To enter a Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided in the applicable Specific Rules. The entry period — including start and end dates and the applicable time zone — will be stated in the Specific Rules.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, misleading, generated through bots, or that otherwise violate these Terms or the rules of the platform on which the Giveaway is hosted may be disqualified at the sole discretion of 6ixbuzz. 6ixbuzz reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any participant.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Giveaway.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner and receiving any prize, a selected entrant may be required to correctly answer, unaided and within a specified time, a mathematical skill-testing question (for example: (4 × 5) + 18 − 6 = ___). A selected entrant who fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in accordance with the Specific Rules for the applicable Giveaway. Selection is final and binding, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

6ixbuzz reserves the right to conduct redraws, select alternate winners, or modify the selection process where necessary due to fraud, technical issues, ineligibility, or any other circumstances affecting the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Official Winner Notification

IMPORTANT: Winners will ONLY be contacted by 6ixbuzz through one of the following official channels:

• An official 6ixbuzz account on the platform where the Giveaway was hosted (for example, @6ixbuzztv on Instagram); or

• An email address ending in @6ix.buzz.

6ixbuzz will never request sensitive financial information, passwords, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any payment in exchange for claiming a prize.

Participants are responsible for verifying that any communication originates from an official 6ixbuzz channel. 6ixbuzz is not responsible for scams, impersonation accounts, or fraudulent communications from third parties.

10. Winner Response Deadline

Selected winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, which will be clearly stated at the time of contact. If a selected winner:

• Fails to respond within the specified timeframe;

• Cannot be reached;

• Refuses the prize;

• Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question;

• Fails to provide required information or documentation;

• Is determined to be ineligible; or

• Violates these Terms,

Then 6ixbuzz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner without further notice. No compensation will be provided to a disqualified or non-responsive entrant.

11. Verification and Release

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, or other information reasonably requested by 6ixbuzz, and to sign and return a declaration and release form, before receiving a prize. Failure to provide requested documentation or to return a signed release within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

12. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated by 6ixbuzz. 6ixbuzz reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any taxes, duties, fees, shipping costs, customs charges, or other expenses associated with receiving or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. Where required by law, 6ixbuzz may issue a tax slip in respect of a prize and may require the winner's information for that purpose.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant 6ixbuzz the right to use their name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, city of residence, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a Giveaway will be used solely to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and carry out related promotional activities, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and 6ixbuzz's Privacy Policy. Where a minor participates with parental or guardian consent, the minor's information will be handled in accordance with that Policy.

15. Communications Consent

Entry into a Giveaway does not, by itself, subscribe an entrant to marketing or commercial electronic messages. In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), any commercial electronic messages will be sent only with the entrant's express consent, which the entrant may withdraw at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 6ixbuzz, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the Giveaway;

• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;

• Technical failures or malfunctions;

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

• Unauthorized human intervention or fraud; or

• Any other matter relating to the administration of the Giveaway.

17. Indemnification

Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 6ixbuzz and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims arising out of the entrant's participation in a Giveaway, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

18. Right to Modify or Cancel

6ixbuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, postpone, or cancel any Giveaway at any time and for any reason, including where fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, events beyond its reasonable control (including force majeure), or other circumstances compromise the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.

19. Disqualification

6ixbuzz reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms;

• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway process;

• Uses multiple accounts, bots, or automated methods;

• Provides false or misleading information; or

• Engages in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise detrimental to the Giveaway or to 6ixbuzz.

20. Platform Disclaimers

Each Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it is hosted, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Facebook, X, or YouTube (each, a "Platform"). By participating, entrants completely release each applicable Platform from any liability associated with the Giveaway. Entrants are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the applicable Platform.

21. Language (Quebec Residents)

These Terms and all related Giveaway materials are made available in French for residents of Quebec. A French-language version of these Terms is available at [link to French version]. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in both French and English.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.

23. General

These Terms, together with the Specific Rules for each Giveaway, constitute the entire agreement between entrants and 6ixbuzz regarding the Giveaways. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. 6ixbuzz's failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision.

24. Acceptance of Terms

By entering any Giveaway conducted by 6ixbuzz, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable Specific Rules.
