$2,000 Uber / Uber Eats Gift Card Giveaway — Official Rules
 

By entering this giveaway ("Giveaway"), participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. This Giveaway is administered by 6ixBuzzTV in partnership with JackpotCity (the "organizing parties").

1. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Ontario and Alberta, who have reached the legal age of majority for gambling in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the organizing parties and their respective affiliated agencies are not eligible to participate.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 12 at 6PM EST and ends on August 25 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry Method 1: Sign up for a JackpotCity account through the link provided in the official giveaway post/bio = 1 entry.

  • Entry Method 2: Use promo code GIVE100 and make a minimum deposit of $5 CAD on jackpotcity.com = 1 additional entry.

  • Maximum of 2 entries per person. Multiple accounts or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.

  • No purchase is necessary to create an account; however, a deposit is required to receive the bonus entry.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 CAD Uber/Uber Eats Gift Card ("Prize"). Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,000 CAD. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The draw will take place on August 26, 2026, and the winner will be announced via Instagram Story on or around August 26, 2026.

  • The winner will be contacted directly by 6ixBuzzTV via direct message. The organizing parties are not responsible for undelivered notifications.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted or a new winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. General Conditions

  • The organizing parties reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

  • The organizing parties reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Uber Technologies Inc. or Uber Eats. Uber and Uber Eats gift cards are used solely as the Prize.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the Prize.
